Synopsis of Gladiator II:
The adventure kicks off with Simba (voiced by Donald Glover) and Nala (Beyoncé) getting ready to welcome a new cub. Out of nowhere, they disappear into the woods, leaving their daughter Kiara (Blue Ivy Carter) in the care of Timon the meerkat (Billy Eichner) and Pumbaa the warthog (Seth Rogen). Meanwhile, Rafiki (John Kani) shares the backstory of Mufasa (Aaron Pierre) and Scar (Kelvin Harrison Jr.) with Kiara. The film takes a bold step by suggesting that Simba’s roots might not actually be from the Pride Lands, shaking up the classic tale.
